JIM KERSTEN NAMED PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF HESS PRINT SOLUTIONS

March 3, 2008 – JIM KERSTEN NAMED PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF HESS PRINT SOLUTIONS: Hess Print Solutions announced the appointment of James Kersten as President and COO of Hess Print Solutions.

“Jim is an experienced veteran of the printing, direct mail and fulfillment industries as well as related IT and Internet services.” said Mike Duffield, Hess Print Solution Chief Executive Officer. “Jim brings significant sales, marketing, operations, and Executive Management experience to the table from Wallace, Moore Wallace and RR Donnelley & Sons. We welcome his leadership to the HPS team.”

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University. Jim is on the Advisory Board of the Graphic Communications Department at California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo and is a board member of PCH Services, Inc., a privately held remodeling company.
