BRACKEN NAMED VICE CHAIRMAN

November 7, 2007 – DAVE BRACKEN NAMED VICE CHAIRMAN: Hess Print Solutions announced today that after 45 years of continuous service to the company, most recently as President for the last 18 years, Dave Bracken has taken on a new assignment. Effective immediately, he will become Vice Chairman of the company. Mr. Bracken will continue to report to Mr. Duffield.

In this new capacity, Dave Bracken will serve as the head of the Capital Committee for the Board. He will also be one of the lead members of the company’s acquisition team and will continue to work with the customer base of the organization where he has many important and long-standing relationships.

Mike Duffield commented, “I’m exceedingly pleased to have Dave in such a key role for the company. While he’s stepping back from the day to day role as President of the company, Dave’s knowledge of the business, his passion and energy and his strong relationships with our customers make him an incredibly valuable member of our team. Reporting directly to Mr. Duffield will be: Chris Bohn, Senior Vice President and CFO; Jim Kersten, President and COO; Bob Castillo, Vice President of Operations; Lou Papay, Vice President of Information Systems, and Stacey Irvin, Vice President of Human Resource.
