Job Functions
• Perform all set ups, operations and maintenance on at least 3 machines, drills, folder, mailer, spiral binder, punch and tipper and Ink-Jet systems
• Oversee training and progression of Small Machine Operators.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete and process related paperwork and forms.
• Perform all other required related duties.

Qualifications
• Must have good mechanical skills (testing will be administered to qualified applicants)
• Ability to direct crews
• Good verbal and written communication skills, good mathematics and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Experience with Bindery equipment: drills, folders, mailers, spiral binder, punch and tipper along with ink-jet systems.
